10 Fruits Contain Antioxidants

 Antioxidants are substances that can neutralize or destroy free radicals in the body. The presence of free radicals in our bodies, among others due to radiation, pollution, smoking, and so on. In effect, the instability of these cells can lead to premature ageing and cancer.
